Pricing is by volume, so a fast job doesn’t cost more than a slow one. We give you the number before we start, and it doesn’t change unless you add items.
Text photos of the space or describe what’s there. Tell us the floor it’s on and whether there’s driveway access. Thirty seconds of detail here means an accurate quote.
The crew walks the space with you, confirms the volume, and gives you the final number. You approve before anything moves.
Everything gets carried out and loaded. We sweep the floor, then sort the load for donation, recycling, and disposal.
No. Leave everything where it is. Sorting in advance sometimes helps you decide what to keep, but it doesn’t lower your price and it isn’t required.
Usually yes. Tight stairwells are routine for us, and we bring tools to break down frames when a piece genuinely won’t fit through the opening. Mention it when you call so we bring the right crew size.
It depends on how full the garage is. A quarter-truck load sits at the low end and a packed two-car garage at the high end. We quote from photos before we come out so you know going in.
Yes. Usable furniture, working appliances, clothing, and household goods go to local donation partners. Point out anything you specifically want donated and we’ll route it.
Often, especially Monday through Wednesday. Weekends and the first warm weekend of spring book out fastest.
